LEESBURG KOHL'S
The Leesburg Kohl's park-and-ride lot is located at 1040 Edwards Ferry Road in the Kohl's parking lot. It offers 150 parking spaces for commuters who would like to access the fast-moving HOV lanes on the Dulles Toll Road. To reach the HOV lanes, take the Leesburg Bypass (Rt. 15) south and exit at the Dulles Greenway. This road leads you the Dulles Toll Road HOV lanes.

TAKE THE BUS
Loudoun County Commuter buses stop at this lot eight times in the morning
between 5:25 and 7:35 a.m. These buses take commuters to Rosslyn, the
Pentagon and various stops in downtown D.C, arriving between 6:30 and 9:00
a.m. In the afternoon buses pick up commuters throughout the afternoon and
arrive at the lot 11 times between 5:15 and 7:25 p.m. One-way fare is $5;
