The Cascades park-and-ride lot is located on the Palisades Parkway in the parking lot of the Community Lutheran Church. It offers 55 parking spaces for commuters who would like to access the fast-moving HOV lanes on the Dulles Toll Road. To reach the HOV lanes, take Palisades to Cascades Parkway. Stay on Cascades and take a right onto Church Road. Take a left at the light on to Route 28 (Sully Road). Sully Road takes you to the Dulles Greenway, which leads to the Dulles Toll Road HOV lanes.
