This strip of 20 spaces, close to Parkhurst Plaza, is for commuters who would like to access the fast-moving HOV lanes on the Dulles Toll Road. To reach the HOV lanes, take Ashburn Farm Parkway towards Washington, DC. Turn right onto Ryan Road. Follow this road to the Dulles Greenway, which leads to the Dulles Toll Road HOV lanes.
